We're a small family-run pack, so a real person reads every message. You'll hear back from us within 1-2 business days - usually faster, unless we're out throwing a ball somewhere.

✏️ Personalised items are made just for your pup, so double-check the spelling of their name before ordering. Once it's stitched, it's theirs forever.
