Every Fluffelo item is printed and made to order especially for you. Because of that, we don't operate like a big-box store with a warehouse of returns - but we absolutely stand behind everything we make.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right - no need to ship anything back.
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a photo or two of the issue
3. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - your choice

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checking out - and if you have any questions about a product before buying (size, material, colors), contact us, and we'll happily help you choose.

LOST IN TRANSIT
If tracking shows your package is lost and it never arrives, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
