WHERE WE SHIP
MADE TO ORDER, JUST FOR YOU (AND YOUR DOG)
Every Fluffelo item is made to order. That means no warehouses full of forgotten towels - your order goes into production the moment you place it.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Total: most orders arrive within 7-14 days of purchase
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment your package ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
WRONG ADDRESS?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout - because items are made to order, we can't redirect a package once it's in production or on its way. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away, and we'll do our best to catch it in time. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at the customer's expense.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't moved in over 5 business days or your order seems lost, contact us, and we'll chase it down.
